We have used Tammy to both buy a home in Hot Springs Village and then to sell 3 years later. She is hands down the BEST realtor you could ask for. As a matter of fact, we feel like she has set the bar so high that since we are living in a different and having to use a different realtor, we can't help but feel disappointed because they are not Tammy. Her people skills are second to none - she is personable and easy to get along with, she is an excellent communicator, and she is so flexible. Don't even bother looking at another realtor. Tammy Browning is the most knowledgeable, caring professional in the state of Arkansas. She knows the market and will get you the best deal whether you are buying or selling. I was purchasing from out of state and she was always there to interact with inspectors, the seller, title company, etc. I was a little nervous about closing long distance, but she made the entire process seamless. The biggest complement that I can give her is that she not only listens, but she really hears what you are saying. Hands down Tammy Browning is the BEST!!!! Sold our house in a day and a half!!!! Knows her stuff! And she is the kindest sole around!!! Tammy was Great!!! She is very knowledgable of the Hot Springs area and lined us up some really nice properties that matched what we were looking for and then didn't even mind setting up a more the next day for some we found online. Once we selected a property, she guided us along the process and advised and answered all of our questions along the way. Buying property can be a very intense endeavor, but Tammy helped make it a stress free and enjoyable experience and my wife and I love our new condo!!!!
